Main Responsibilities:
- Manages an Active Directory 2008 R2 environment.
- Manages an Exchange 2010 environment.
- Supports, maintains and has ability to design core network services like DHCP, DNS and Group Policy etc. in Active Directory environment.
- Maintain Microsoft Windows Servers, updates, batches and application installations.
- Perform Backup Procedures, Validate backups.
- Receive and respond to escalations from Desktop support.
- Maintain virtual machines in a VMware ESXi Environment.
- Adhere to IT access-management and change control procedures.
- Manage Windows, SharePoint, Exchange Server infrastructure projects from inception to production support.
