INRIX, based in Kirkland, WA is seeking an exceptional Operations Project Manager to own our Release and Project Management needs. The successful candidate is a team player, capable of collaborating in a fast paced engineering organization, and capable of working independently with a high level of self-motivation.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors/customers for the flawless execution of projects, ensuring that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
- Help to define project scope and objectives, involve relevant stakeholders and ensure technical feasibility and the availability/allocation of resources
- Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
- Perform risk management to minimize potential delays or issues to projects
- Define, develop, document and implement process improvements
- Create a forum to collect, evaluate, and prioritize suggestions for improvements to the process and software tool
- Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
Requirements:
- Self-starter capable of taking initiative and working with minimal direction
- Ability to manage, prioritize and successfully execute multiple concurrent projects
- Demonstrated ability to effectively work across functions, locations, and levels of employees
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels to support consensus-building activities
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail, multi-tasking, and the ability to balance competing demands for resources and adapt to changing priorities
- Ability to facilitate analysis and resolution of issues and risks, and suggest improvements
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, relationship-building, and negotiation skills required with a solid track record for developing internal and external relationships
- Knowledge of data center operations and networking
- Understanding of Agile methodology and experience with Continuous Delivery
- Experience with JIRA or other Automation
- High Level experience with ASPICE or ISO a plus
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a technical field
- PMP & CCIE certification a plus
