We are Seeking a Dev Ops, Linux Engineer skilled with handling large production environments to expand, automate and maintain our Linux fleet. 



With more than 20 trillion rows of data currently under management, 1010data is designed to scale to the largest volumes of granular data, the most disparate and varied data sets, and the biggest user populations. All while delivering lightning-quick system performance. 



If you have a passion for high performance computing you will be instrumental in building tools to manage a highly scalable, 24/7 available platform for data analysis. 



With a focus on scripting, process re-engineering and continuous integration; you blend the skills of an analyst with the technical chops of an engineer to architect solutions on issues that affect the entire company.

Responsibilities:



  • Scaling, managing and automating our Linux fleet as 1010data grows. 

  • Automate the management of cloud computing infrastructure

  • Build out HA/DR computing solutions

  • Ensure the overall health and performance of production environment

  • Proactively identify trends, determine root causes, and initiate appropriate action to resolve issues. 

  • Investigate and resolve hardware and software issues

  • Responsible for production systems sometimes after hours or weekends.
