Job Description
As the Director of DevOps, you will lead the worldwide DevOps team and work with the engineering team, and play a leading role in managing the Cinarra cloud operations. You will have an excellent balance of technical, people, and organizational skills, and can execute and deliver successfully. Interaction with customers and across functional lines is essential.
Responsibilities
Proactively manage the cloud infrastructure and service delivery to meet and exceed the SLA targets.
Providing leadership and guidance in all aspects of software deployments, monitoring, alarms, tools.
Lead a global team of DevOps Engineers.
Management of all servers, networks, partner connectivity and application performance designed to deliver the highest response and 100% availability.
Work closely with both internal and external teams and vendors to guarantee continuous uptime, delivery on Service Level Agreements and maintaining site performance and operations.
Work as an integral player in a team that depends on each and everyone working together in a short delivery cycle.
