Web Applications Developer


Do you want to help build the framework powering applications used by doctors and researchers across the country? Do you want to work on a product that helps save lives in hospitals every day?


Create world-class applications that enable healthcare workflows, analytics, and research and provide instant access to data. You will help build the next generation applications for health care that leverage workflows and forms, explore and visualize patient and imaging data, and free our clients from working with the complexity of the various data layers, protocols, and custom controls. Our internal and external partners need fast, high-quality, dependable controls, components, and web services. We need to facilitate rapid development of high-value customizable applications, to be deployed to some of the nation's premier hospitals and healthcare providers.


We are looking for an outstanding engineer with strong coding ability and experience in building applications. Responsibilities include: design and implementation of complex software features, communication and collaboration with coworkers and subject matter experts in the healthcare domain. Healthcare experience is beneficial but is not required. You should be skilled in modern web development technologies such as SharePoint, ASP.Net, Jscript, JSON, JQuery and HTML5. Proficiency in C# and .NET Framework is also essential. A BA/BS degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent technical experience, is required.


Mobile Applications Developer

This position requires expertise in two or more technologies – iOS, Swift, Objective C, Xcode, Cocoa Touch, Core Data, SQLite, Android, Java, and SDK. The ideal candidate is proficient with SOAP and REST style web services. The candidate should also possess strong client-side and presentation tier unit testing skills.   Familiarity with Xamarin, HTML5 and JavaScript development is a big plus.


Applicants should have successfully developed and shipped products on iOS and Android, well versed with SDLC for mobility, and have advanced knowledge and experience in performance tuning of mobile applications and familiarity with instruments for performance and behavioral analysis in the mobile space. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or other technical degree required. Data Platform Developer

As a developer, you will be leading the design and development of technologies across the Amalga big data processing pipeline. This includes data interfaces, storage and management, integration of machine learning algorithms, analytics, visualization, data access and extensibility interfaces and related developer tools. You will have the opportunity to work in a new and rapidly growing business with talented software engineers and medical domain experts. You will leverage technologies like SQL Server, Azure, DICOM, HL7 and RESTful web services. Responsibilities include software design and development, feature implementation, technical leadership, prototyping of ideas, and collaborating with internal and external partner teams to bring cutting edge technologies into practice. You will also be responsible for a feature area, collaborate with cross-functional feature leads, and deliver detailed architecture documents and realistic plans for your feature area. You will ensure a high level of code quality and contribute to team processes and best practices leading by example.


Ideal candidate will have extensive experience building large data intelligence and visualization platforms for enterprise class software products designed for performance, robustness, scalability, customization and serviceability. Qualifications include outstanding technical chops, proven leadership skills, experience in full enterprise product development cycle, design and implementation ownership of complex software features, excellent communication and collaboration skills, and analytical thinking. Proficiency in C# and .NET framework is essential and experience with C/C++ is highly desirable. Experience with Data Modeling, SQL Server, DICOM, ADO.NET, HTML5, Web Services, Azure and Distributed Computing is a strong plus. A BS degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
