The Quality Assurance Analyst is responsible for the quality of the CapAssure® platform and delivery of theCapAdministrationSM service.
- Develop and maintain subject matter expertise for application and business
- Work closely with both the business and development team
- Author system specifications and documentation based on business requirements
- Develop and document a product test plan strategy based on system requirements
- Create data and develop test cases to enable end-to-end verification of accounting and financial workflows
- Record and document results from test cases and compare to expected results
- Develop tools or prototypes to facilitate and automate software testing from a system’s and data perspective
- Perform setup and configuration tasks of client dedicated SaaS platform
- Maintain consistency between multiple environments
- Document and investigate client reported software defects or issues
- Conduct root-cause analysis for client operational and transactional data
- Assist the project management team with software release planning
